Bak kut teh means “meat bone tea”. Our Malaysian-style version brings pork ribs, pork belly and meatballs together in a savoury herbal broth.
We use free-range pork ribs, alongside pork belly, meatballs, shiitake and enoki mushrooms, dao pok and dao ki. The soup comes boxed with steamed rice.
